Liputan6.com, Jakarta - Menteri Kesehatan (Menkes) Budi Gunadi Sadikin mengatakan insentif atau tunjangan khusus Rp 30 juta per bulan untuk dokter spesialis yang bekerja di daerah tertinggal, terdepan dan terluar (3T) mulai diberikan oleh Kementerian Kesehatan mulai Januari 2026.

"Yang tahun ini, Januari ini langsung dari pusat," kata Budi ditemui di Kantor Kemenkes RI Jakarta pada Kamis, 22 Januari 2026.

Sebelumnya, insentif untuk dokter spesialis masuk dalam anggaran pemerintah daerah lewat Dana Alokasi Khusus (DAK). Sayangnya tidak semua daerah menjalankan kebijakan tersebut alhasil tidak semua dokter spesialis yang bekerja di daerah tertinggal mendapatkan insentif.

"Enggak semua (pemda) jalanin. Biasalah kalau ada peraturan baru mereka (pemda memiliki alasan) mau dipakai untuk yang lain," tutur Budi.
